About Us

O.M.R.I. Ltd is a specialized multi-residential inspection company. We offer a wide range of inspection services to suit the needs of each client from mandatory to personalized.

I have been involved in construction of multi-residential structures for over three decades and have inspected more than 1400 multi residential suites. We offer a variety of services available such as:

• Basic Mandatory Annual inspection

• Ontario Building Code and Safety Inspections

• Specific Inspections

• Customized Inspections

• We offer assistance with The Authorities Having Jurisdiction for those Owners that will not comply

Annual inspections simply assure owners, Board members and/or Management Companies of completing their “ Due Diligence “ of maintaining an existing structure, in a conforming and safe manner. We can provide an estimate for a tailored inspection that you will require to complete a standard record.

This will protect you as a part of the managing duties that is posed upon your position. All employees are covered by Workman’s Compensation and insured. We offer inspections on any type of Multi Residential property in Ontario. ©

How do our Payments Work?

Invoices are payable upon receipt by Cheque, E-Transfer or Cash. Payments Will be required : 1/3 deposit at signing of contract. 1/3 after initial inspection. Balance upon completion or issuance of Notices sent to Authorities Having Juridiction.

Notices

Templates will be sent to clients to Distribute and Post two weeks in advance.

Access

If entry is refused or not permitted (an additional fee of $300.00 per unit will then apply to that unit to reschedule).

Client to Provide

Provide adequate notice to owners and tenants to enter. Safe entry to and from each Unit. Containment of all animals. Safe environment to work. Bathroom facilities for our staff.Provide adequate parking for our staff.
