Our experience will put Board Members and Management companies at ease, while educating them as to the necessary conditions that must be maintained even if the Owners unwilling to keep their properties current. The Municipalities must enforce the Laws to keep everyone within a building environment safe.
Our Vision
We will inspect and list infractions of both Owners and Common areas that do not conform to parts of the Ontario Building Code and parts of the National Fire Code. We will notify all Owners and Board Members of these infractions.
We are the FIRST and ONLY inspection service that is capable of producing the necessary documentation to enforce the "Codes" in multi-residential buildings. Our guarantee is to inform all boards and owners of their legal obligations and provide a timeline for corrections or upgrades according to the "codes" in order to ensure a safe and healthy living environment for all.
We coordinate with confidence. All our inspections are completed in a professional manner. We create and deliver to the local authorities’ documentation of any infractions not completed, which they will enforce. This in turn removes the responsibility from the Board Members or Management Company.
